What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, billing address, the recipient's name and shipping address, your card message, and payment details processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. If you contact us we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
How we use it
We use your information to pack and ship your order, send order and delivery updates, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. If you opt in, we may email you about new boxes and seasonal collections; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Recipient information
Recipient names and addresses are used only to deliver the gift. We do not add recipients to any marketing list and we do not share their details with anyone except the shipping carrier.
Sharing
We share information only with the services that help us run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email delivery tools. Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Data is stored on Shopify's secure infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections.
