Free shipping, every order
Shipping is free on every order to any address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. No minimum, no code needed. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Every box is hand packed to order in Florida. Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day ship the same day; all other orders ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Delivery
Standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Florida. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your box leaves us. Need it for a specific day such as a birthday? Write the date in the order notes at checkout, or email us after ordering, and we will time the dispatch so it arrives on or just before that day.
Gift orders
Every box ships with your handwritten card and no prices or invoices inside, so you can send it straight to the recipient. Use their address as the shipping address and your own as the billing address.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. We can update it up until the order ships; after that the carrier controls the package.
Damaged or lost packages
If your box arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
