Products
Each gift box is hand packed to order. Photographs show the style you select; because items are handmade and sourced in small batches, minor variations in colour, pattern or packaging can occur. If a listed item becomes unavailable we will substitute one of equal or greater value in the same style, or contact you first if the change is significant.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where the shipping address cannot be served. In every such case you will be refunded in full.
Personalized messages
You are responsible for the content of the card message you provide. We reserve the right to decline messages that are abusive, unlawful or hateful, and will contact you before doing so.
Intellectual property
All photographs, product names, descriptions and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control, though we will always help you resolve them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
