Shipping is free to any US address. Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day ship the same day; everything else ships the next business day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days and you get a tracking number by email. Need it on a specific date? Write the date in the note box in your cart and we will time the dispatch.
Returns & our promise
If you or your recipient are not happy with a box for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement, a store credit or a refund. Returns are free with our prepaid label. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and a replacement ships immediately.
